Our Improved Livability accommodations are tailored to individuals with sensory, intellectual, or cognitive impairments. These homes feature an enhanced design that maximises independence and supports the individual's ability to perform daily tasks. From improved lighting and colour contrasts to accessible technology interfaces, every detail is considered to create a supportive living environment.

Robust SDA options are designed for individuals who require a high level of physical support and may exhibit behaviours of concern. These accommodations are built to withstand heavy use and reduce the risk of injury, featuring secure windows, doors, and reinforced walls. The design also includes spaces for support staff, ensuring that residents receive the assistance they need while maintaining a comfortable living space.

Fully Accessible accommodations cater to individuals with significant physical impairments. These homes are equipped with features such as step-free access, wide doorways, and corridors, accessible bathrooms, and kitchens, and provisions for ceiling hoists. Our goal is to ensure that residents can move freely and safely within their homes, promoting autonomy and ease of daily living.

 For individuals requiring the highest level of physical support, our High Physical Support accommodations include all the features of Fully Accessible homes, with added provisions for increased care. This includes 24/7 emergency assistance, built-in communication devices, and environmental control systems tailored to the resident's needs. These homes are designed to support both the physical and technological needs of the residents, ensuring comprehensive care and support. 

 Our Short-Term Accommodation (STA) services at CANN Care are tailored to support individuals with disabilities and their caregivers by providing a temporary yet comprehensive care solution. Understanding the importance of flexibility, our STA offerings are designed to cater to personal care, accommodation, food, and participation in agreed activities for up to 14 days at a time. This flexible service can be utilized for a continuous block or spread across several weekends, aiming to provide respite for caregivers and an opportunity for individuals to experience new environments and activities. At CANN Care, we align our STA services with NDIS guidelines to ensure our offerings not only meet the unique needs of our clients but also contribute to their personal goals and community participation, all while ensuring value for money and considering the existing support networks.
